The 10 pm messages
What’s the Wi-Fi? How does the TV work? Why won’t the spa heat up? Every guest asks, usually after dark.
UGuide turns the folder on the kitchen bench into QR codes where guests need them. They scan and see how to work the TV, light the BBQ, run the spa and check out, even in their own language. Fewer late-night messages for you.

The house manual gets moved, spilled on or packed by mistake, and it was out of date the day you printed it.
A guest who couldn’t get the heating going on a cold night remembers it when they write the review.
UGuide puts the answer next to the thing it’s about, before guests have to ask.
Add your business, then each property (UGuide calls them facilities). Invite your co-host or cleaner to help keep it up to date.
Type the steps, or let UGuide AI write the first draft from a few notes. Add photos, a short video or the appliance manual, and keep the key-safe code behind a PIN you send with the booking.
Small labels for the TV, the spa and the BBQ, or a sign by the front door. Each one keeps its code forever, so changing the manual never means reprinting.
Guests point their phone camera at the code and the right instructions open straight away, in their language if they choose. No app, no account, no message to you.
Try it: scan the code, or open the example guideReady to write yours? Your first property is free, or try a Pro licence free for 14 days.
Start free or log inYou know every quirk of the place, but writing it all down is a chore. Tell UGuide AI about your property in your own words and it drafts clear, step-by-step instructions any guest can follow.
You stay in charge. Nothing goes into your manual until you choose to use it, new guides start as drafts, and you add key-safe codes and PINs yourself afterwards.
Two-bedroom beach house with a spa, a gas BBQ, a smart TV and a split system. Guests need to get in, get on the Wi-Fi and check out.

Guests point their phone camera at the code and the manual opens in the browser. That's it.
Change the manual any time. The stickers already in the house keep working.
Keep the key-safe code and anything else private behind a PIN you send with the booking.
Download the whole manual as a PDF to send before guests arrive, with a QR code back to the live version.
One tap reads the steps out, in an Australian voice where the phone has one.
Show the spa controls, play a short clip, attach the appliance manual. Videos are shrunk automatically.
Invite your co-host and cleaner to help keep the manual up to date, while you stay the owner.
Choose 1 to 20 codes per A4 page and how big they print.
Your manual, QR signs and PDFs can carry your logo instead of ours. On Pro, each property can have its own.
Put each property under your business. Your team sees everything; owners and cleaners only work on the properties they're added to. The manual stays with the property, not with whoever wrote it.

No. Any phone camera opens the manual in the web browser. Only the people who write the guide need an account: 1 on Free, and up to 3 per property on Basic or 25 on Pro.
Yes. Guests can choose from more than 40 languages, and the manual is translated for them on the spot. You write it once, in English.
Mark a section “Needs PIN” and only people with the property’s PIN can open it. Send the PIN with the booking confirmation.
Nothing needs reprinting. Each code is permanent, so the same sticker shows the new version as soon as you publish it.
It writes the first draft. Describe the property, or jot down a few notes, and it drafts the sections and step-by-step instructions. Already have a house manual in Word or a PDF? It turns that into sections and steps instead, with the pictures in place. Add your photos and appliance manuals and it puts each in the right section; it can also draw simple diagrams and find the maker’s manuals online. You check everything before it goes in, and you add codes and PINs yourself. It comes with the Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans.
Yes. Invite them to the property and they can update the manual with you. How many people can work on a property depends on its licence: 1 on Free, 3 on Basic and 25 on Pro, owners included.
Yes. You can try a Basic or Pro licence free for 14 days on one property, and you don’t need a card to start. Everything in the licence works, except that UGuide AI has 5 uses a month until you add a card. Add one before the trial ends to keep it. If you don’t, the property goes back to Free: nothing is deleted, and you can buy a licence whenever you’re ready.
Yes. Put every property under your business and give each owner or cleaner access to just their own. Each property has its own licence, so you only pay Pro prices where you need Pro, and the more you buy the less each costs: 10% off from 5 of a kind, 20% from 10 and 30% from 25.
UGuide calls your business an “entity” and each property a “facility”. You buy a licence for each property: Basic ($80 a year or $8 a month) or Pro ($200 a year or $20 a month), including GST, in any mix. One property in each entity can run on Free. How many people can work on a property depends on its licence: 1 on Free, 3 on Basic and 25 on Pro, owners included. You can add licences, move them between properties, or give some up at any time.
