Open a section that needs a PIN

Sections with a lock need the facility's access PIN, which the facility's manager gives to hirers, often with the booking.

1. Enter the PIN in the box.
2. Choose Unlock.

All the locked sections in the guide open. The PIN is remembered until you close the browser tab; choose Lock again to forget it sooner, for example on a shared device.

It says the PIN isn't right

Check with whoever gave it to you; it may have changed. After too many wrong attempts you'll be asked to wait 15 minutes.

UGuide can't tell you a facility's PIN. Please ask the facility's manager.
