Report a problem at a facility
If the facility has given a contact, the guide shows a Report a problem button near the top, and the contact's details at the bottom.
- Choose Report a problem.
- Choose which part of the guide it's about, if it's one of them.
- Say what's wrong, and add your name and email address (and your phone number, if you'd like a call back).
- To show them what's wrong, add photos or a short video: choose Add photos or videos, or paste a picture you've copied (Ctrl + V, or ⌘ + V on a Mac). You can add up to 10 files, 20 MB in all.
- Choose Send report.
Your report is emailed to the facility's contact and the people who look after the facility, who can reply to you by email. The people who look after the facility may also keep it in UGuide, to keep track of it until it's fixed.
Already a known issue?
When the facility already knows about a problem, a notice tells you as you open that part of the guide, with anything they want you to know. There's no need to report it again, but you still can if something else is wrong.
No Report a problem button?
The facility hasn't given an email address for reports. If the guide shows a phone number, call it, or contact whoever you booked the facility with.
In an emergency, call the local emergency number first (000 in Australia).
