Set or change the facility's access PIN

1. Open the facility and go to the Access PIN tab.
2. Choose Set access PIN (or Change access PIN).
3. Enter 4 to 8 digits and choose Save PIN.

Only facility owners can set or change the PIN. Everyone who manages the facility can see it and copy it, so they can pass it on.

When you change the PIN, the old one stops working straight away, including for anyone who has it written down.

Remove the PIN

You can only remove the PIN when nothing needs it. Turn off Needs the facility PIN on those sections and guides first, or set a new PIN instead.
