Change your name or password

Choose Account at the top of any page to open My account.

Your name

Change Your name and choose Save. Your name is shown to other people who manage your facilities, and in invites you send.

Your picture

Your picture shows next to Account at the top of every page, and next to your name in the People lists of your entities and facilities. Until you choose one, your initials show.

• To use one of UGuide's avatars, choose it under Your picture. It's saved straight away.
• To use a photo of yourself, choose Upload a photo and pick a photo. Drag it and use the slider to fit your face in the circle, then choose Use this photo.
• To go back to your initials, choose Use my initials.

Your photo can be seen by anyone who can see your name in UGuide. Changing or removing it deletes the old photo.

Your password

Under Change password, enter a new password of at least 8 characters and choose Change password.

Your email address

You can't change your email address yourself yet. Contact us from your current address and we'll help.
