Give someone access to a facility
People must be in the entity first. If they aren't, invite them to the entity, and tick this facility in the same step.
- Open the facility and go to the People tab.
- Choose Add person.
- Choose them from the list of the entity's members.
- Choose their role on this facility: Editor or Owner.
- Choose Add.
Only facility owners can add people. You can change someone's role later from the same list.
Each facility's licence sets how many people can work on it: 1 on Free, 3 on Basic and 25 on Pro, with the entity's owner counted too. The People tab shows how many it has, and when it's full. See How many people can work on a facility.
