Who can do what: owners, members and editors

In an entity

  • The owner manages everything: they add facilities, invite and remove people, buy and give out licences, manage billing, and own every facility in the entity. Each entity has one owner.
  • Members work on the facilities they've been added to, with the role they were given there.

On a facility

  • Editors write guides: they create guides, add and edit sections, photos, videos and documents, publish and unpublish, print QR codes and see the access PIN.
  • Owners can do all that, and also edit the facility's details, set the access PIN, delete guides, add and remove people, transfer ownership and delete the facility.

An entity always has exactly one owner, who passes it on with Hand over (see Hand over when your committee changes). Each facility always keeps at least one owner.

How many people can work on a facility depends on its licence, and the entity's owner counts on every facility. See How many people can work on a facility.

See Invite someone and Give someone access to a facility.
