Draft or improve a section with UGuide AI

Open a section and choose UGuide AI at the end of the instructions' toolbar. It opens in a window, with how many uses are left this month. If you close it, your notes and any suggestion are still there when you open it again.

Draft from notes

1. Choose Draft from notes.
2. Type what you know, in any order: "Heater switch by the door, wait 5 min, thermostat on 21, turn off at the wall when leaving".
3. If you have them, add photos (such as the controls or the model plate) or the PDF manual with +, or drag them onto the page. UGuide AI reads them to get the steps right.
4. Choose Write a draft.

Improve what's there

1. Write or paste your instructions in the editor first.
2. Choose Improve what's there, pick how, then choose Improve.

Use the suggestion

Read the suggestion, then choose Use this, Add to the end or Replace instructions. Choose Discard to throw it away. Remember to Save the section afterwards.

If you added photos or a manual, the ones that belong in this section are listed under the suggestion, with a diagram if one would help. Untick any you don't want. The ticked ones go into the section's Photos and Documents when you use the suggestion, and count towards the facility's photos per section.
