Write a whole guide with UGuide AI

  1. Open the facility. On the User guides tab, choose UGuide AI.
  2. In the box, describe the building and what people need to do there. Include makes and models of equipment if you know them. Don't include codes or PINs.
  3. Add photos (up to 20) and PDF manuals (up to 3) if you have them: choose +, or drag them onto the page. UGuide AI reads them to write accurate steps and places each photo in the right section.
  4. Choose Write the guide. It takes a minute or two.
  5. Review the suggested sections. Untick anything you don't want; photos, diagrams and manuals beyond what the facility's licence allows are locked. If there are more sections than the licence allows in a guide, UGuide tells you and ticks the first ones that fit.
  6. Choose Create the guide. It's created as a draft for you to check and edit.

This counts as one UGuide AI use. If something goes wrong and no guide is written, the use isn't counted.

Already have a guide in Word or a PDF? Import it instead, and UGuide AI turns it into sections and steps.

The more specific your notes, the better the draft: "Daikin split system in the main hall, remote on the wall by the kitchen door" beats "air conditioner".
