When you write a guide or suggest sections, mention the make and model of equipment (or paste a link). UGuide AI searches the web for the maker's manual and offers it with the section it belongs to.

• Manuals are added as links to the maker's website, shown in the section's Documents.
• They count towards the facility's documents per section.
• Check each manual matches your equipment before you add it.

Diagrams

UGuide AI can suggest simple diagrams, such as a start-up sequence (flow) or a lock-up checklist. Diagrams you keep are saved as photos in the section, so they count towards the facility's photos. They're drawn in your entity's or facility's colour when it has its own branding.
