What UGuide AI can do

UGuide AI is a writing assistant built into UGuide. It comes with Basic, Pro and Enterprise licences.

What it does

• Write a whole guide. Describe the building and add photos and PDF manuals. It writes every section and puts each photo in the right place. See Write a whole guide.
• Import a guide you already have. Turn a Word document or PDF into a UGuide guide, with its pictures in place. See Import a guide you already have.
• Suggest sections. See what a guide like yours should cover, with instructions. See Suggest sections.
• Draft a section from rough notes and photos, or improve what's there: clearer, shorter, or as numbered steps. See Draft or improve a section.
• Find manuals and draw diagrams. See Find equipment manuals and draw diagrams.
• Write a guide's short description.

You stay in charge

Nothing goes into your guide until you've reviewed it and chosen to add it. Check the steps against the real building, because UGuide AI can't see it.

Never give UGuide AI alarm codes, key safe codes or PINs. Add those yourself afterwards, in a section that needs the PIN.

How many uses?

Each facility with a licence gets its own uses a month: 10 with Basic, 50 with Pro and 200 with Enterprise, shared by everyone who works on it. See How UGuide AI uses are counted.
