How UGuide AI uses are counted

• Basic licence: 10 uses a month for the facility.
• Pro licence: 50 uses a month for the facility.
• Enterprise licence: 200 uses a month for the facility.
• No licence (Free): not included.
• Free trial of Basic or Pro: 5 uses a month until a card is added on the entity's Billing tab. Once there's a card, you get all the licence's uses, less any already used that month.

Uses belong to the facility and are shared by everyone who works on it. They go with the licence: moving a licence to another facility doesn't bring more uses that month. They start again on the 1st of each month; unused ones don't carry over.

What counts as a use

Each request is one use: writing or importing a whole guide, suggesting sections, drafting or improving a section, finding manuals, or writing a description. If UGuide AI can't finish a request, the use isn't counted.

Other limits

• If you make a lot of requests in an hour, you may be asked to wait a little.
• UGuide AI only helps with facility guides. If several requests aren't about the guide, it pauses for that person until the next day.
