Export your reporting to Excel or CSV

To keep your reporting, share it, or use it in your own reports, download it as a spreadsheet. Every facility with a Basic or Pro licence can, and an entity's Reporting tab exports all of its facilities that have one.

  1. Open the facility or entity and choose the Reporting tab.
  2. Choose Export.
  3. Choose Excel workbook for one file with a tab for each report, or CSV files for a file for each report (in a .zip when there's more than one).
  4. Choose the period: the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
  5. Untick any reports you don't want. They all start ticked.
  6. Choose Download.

What's in it

  • Summary: the period's headline figures: guide views (and the period before), searches, PDF downloads, languages and problems.
  • Guide views by day: every day of the period, even for 12 months.
  • Facilities (on an entity): each facility side by side.
  • Guides: each guide's views and QR codes.
  • QR codes: every QR code with its views and the day it was last scanned, and the ones nobody scanned in the period.
  • Most searched and Searches that found nothing: up to 1,000 searches each, not just the top 25 the tab shows.
  • Languages: visits read in each language.
  • Problem reports: the ones made in the period and any older ones still open, with their status, your team's notes and the dates.

Who reported each problem

Visitors' names, email addresses and phone numbers are left out unless you tick Include who reported each problem. Take care who you share a file with their details in it.

Good to know

  • Days and times are in your own time zone, as on the Reporting tab.
  • Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets open both kinds of file. CSV files also suit other software, such as your own reporting tools.
  • On an entity, facilities without a Basic or Pro licence are left out, and the Summary says how many.
