Why something says "Hidden from visitors"

What visitors see depends on each facility's licence. Something is marked Hidden from visitors when:

• The facility has no licence, and another facility in the entity is already the one on Free. Visitors can't open any of its guides.
• It's more than the licence covers, for example a 4th guide on a Basic licence, or the extra photos after a facility moved from Pro to Basic.

You and your team can still see and edit everything. Nothing is deleted. Visitors see what the licence covers: the oldest published guides, the first sections in reading order, and the first attachments of each kind in a section. A QR code for something hidden shows a short "isn't available at the moment" message, or the rest of the guide.

Show it again

Give the facility a licence, or a bigger one, on the entity's Billing tab (see Give facilities their licences), or remove things you no longer need. See Which licence do I need?
