Which licence do I need?
You buy a licence for each facility, and each facility can have a different one: for example 3 halls on Basic and 4 pavilions on Pro. Prices are per facility, in Australian dollars, including GST.
You can try a Basic or Pro licence free for 14 days, without a card. See Try a licence free for 14 days.
Free: $0
One facility in each entity can run without a licence: 1 person, 1 guide with up to 3 sections, text only, and a QR code for the whole guide. No card needed.
Basic: $80 a year, or $8 a month, per facility
Up to 3 people, and 3 guides with up to 10 sections each, a QR code for the guide and for every section, and 1 photo, 1 video, 1 video link and 1 PDF per section. Your own logo and colour, Reporting, and UGuide AI: 10 uses a month.
Pro: $200 a year, or $20 a month, per facility
Up to 25 people, up to 10 guides with sections and sub-sections for every space and item, and 3 photos, 3 videos, 3 video links and 3 PDFs per section. The facility can have a logo and colour of its own. Reporting, and UGuide AI: 50 uses a month.
Enterprise: annual contract
For councils and large portfolios: everything in Pro with up to 100 guides per facility, as many people per facility as your contract sets, and 200 UGuide AI uses a month each, invoiced yearly to your organisation. See Enterprise for councils.
Buying in bulk
The more licences of one kind you have, the less each one costs. Every licence of that kind is charged at the rate for how many you have:
- 1 to 4: full price
- 5 to 9: 10% off (Basic $72, Pro $180 a year)
- 10 to 24: 20% off (Basic $64, Pro $160 a year)
- 25 or more: 30% off (Basic $56, Pro $140 a year)
Basic and Pro are counted separately. Monthly prices get the same discounts, and paying yearly costs the same as 10 months.
A facility's people are everyone who works on it in UGuide, the entity's owner included. See How many people can work on a facility.
