Buy licences
- Open the entity and go to the Billing tab.
- Choose yearly or monthly. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months.
- Choose how many Basic and how many Pro licences you need: one for each facility. The price updates as you go, with the bulk discount for 5 or more of a kind.
- Choose Buy licences, then enter your payment details on Stripe's secure checkout page, and a promotion code if you have one.
You'll come back to UGuide when it's done. Then give each facility its licence: see Give facilities their licences.
Only the entity's owner can buy licences. Not sure yet? Try one free for 14 days.
Need more, or fewer?
Once you have a subscription, choose Change licences on the Billing tab. You'll see what it costs before you confirm.
- More licences are charged straight away, for the part of the year (or month) that's left.
- Fewer licences are credited the same way, against your next payments. Take a licence off a facility before you give it up.
- Monthly or yearly can be changed here too. The new period starts that day, and what's left of the old one is credited.
