Update your card, download tax invoices or cancel

The entity's owner looks after billing on its Billing tab, under Payments and invoices:

• Card: choose Change card (or Add a card). Your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider, and payments are taken from the new card from then on.
• Billing details: choose Edit to change who tax invoices are made out to, where they're emailed, the billing address or the ABN.
• Tax invoices: download any invoice as a PDF, or pay one that's unpaid.

To buy more licences, give some up, or switch between monthly and yearly, choose Change licences on the Billing tab instead. See Buy licences.

Cancelling

Choose Cancel subscription beside Change licences. Your licences keep working until the end of the period you've paid for, then they stop. Until then you can undo it with Keep the subscription.

When they stop, one facility goes back to Free and the others are hidden from visitors. Nothing is deleted.
