What happens if a payment fails?
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, the Billing tab shows Payment overdue and Stripe tries again over about two weeks.
- Open the entity's Billing tab.
- Choose Change card and add the new card. The overdue payment is taken from it straight away.
If it still isn't paid, the subscription ends and its licences stop. Your guides aren't deleted: one facility goes back to Free, and anything beyond what that covers is hidden from visitors until you buy licences again. Nobody loses access, but while more people work on a facility than it now allows, nobody else can be added.
