Enterprise for councils

Enterprise suits councils and organisations that look after many buildings.

• An Enterprise licence for each facility: everything in Pro, up to 100 guides per facility, as many people per facility as your contract sets, and 200 UGuide AI uses a month for each facility.
• An annual contract priced by how many facilities you have, invoiced to your organisation (with a purchase order number if you need one).
• Data stored in Sydney.

Each committee or user group can be given access to just its own building, while council staff own everything. See Who can do what.

Getting set up

We can set everything up for you: your organisation, your facilities and their licences. We then email an invite to the person who will own it. They accept it, sign up or log in, and can invite the rest of the team. See Invite someone to your entity.

Your invoice

We email a tax invoice to your accounts contact, showing the GST, your ABN and your purchase order number. You can pay it:

• online by card or direct debit from your bank account, with the Pay this invoice link in the email, or
• by bank transfer, using the details on the invoice and quoting its number. We mark it as paid when the money arrives.

Your licences start as soon as the first invoice is paid. Until then, your facilities can be set up and your guides written, but visitors can only see one facility (on Free), and 1 person can work on each facility. The owner can see the invoice, and pay it, on your entity's Billing tab.

Each year

The contract renews every year, and we email the next year's invoice. Your licences keep working while it's waiting to be paid, until 14 days after its due date. If it still isn't paid by then, they stop (nothing is deleted) and start again as soon as it is.
