Print QR codes, labels and signs

  1. Open the guide and choose QR codes.
  2. Choose how many codes go on each A4 page under Per page:
    • 1 per page (sign): a large sign with the logo, for the entrance. With a Basic or Pro licence it carries your own logo and colour.
    • 2, 4 or 6 per page: labels with the section's name and a hint.
    • 8, 12 or 20 per page: stickers for equipment.
  3. Drag the QR code size slider. Codes under 3 cm need the phone held close.
  4. Tick the codes you want. There's one for the whole guide and one for every section. Select all and Select none help. On Free only the whole guide's code can be printed: section codes are blurred until the facility has a Basic or Pro licence.
  5. Check the preview of page 1, then choose Print.

In your printer settings, print at 100% or Actual size (not "Fit to page") so the codes come out the size you chose.

Download a single code

Each code has a download button, which saves it as a PNG image. Use it to put a code in a newsletter, a booking form or your own signs.

Your layout and size are remembered on this device for next time.
