Where to put your QR codes

• A sign at the entrance with the whole guide's code, so people find everything from one place.
• A sticker next to each piece of equipment with that section's code (with a Basic or Pro licence): by the heater controls, on the dishwasher, inside the switchboard door.
• At eye height, where a phone can get within a hand's length for small codes.
• Somewhere well lit, without glare from glass or glossy laminate.
• Protected: use weatherproof sticker paper or laminate outdoors and in kitchens and change rooms.
• Bigger codes for longer distances. A code scans from about ten times its width away, so a 5 cm code works from about half a metre.
