Give a facility its own logo and colour
Normally every facility shows its entity's logo and colour (see Put your logo and colours on your guides). With a Pro licence, a facility can have its own instead, for example a pavilion a council owns but a sports club runs.
- Open the facility and choose Edit details.
- Under Branding, choose Give this facility its own logo and colour.
- Pick a colour, and upload a wide logo, a square icon or both.
- Choose Save details.
Anything you leave empty comes from the entity: with just a colour, the facility shows the entity's logo in the new colour. A facility's logo and icon go together, so if you upload either, the entity's logo and icon aren't used for it.
The facility's branding is used on its guides, QR signs and labels, PDFs and Report a problem emails, and on its pages here. The entity's page and its other facilities keep the entity's branding.
Go back to the entity's branding
Under Branding, choose the first option, Use the entity's branding, then Save details. The facility's own logo and colour are removed.
With a Basic licence
A Basic licence includes the entity's branding, but not the facility's own. A facility that had its own on Pro shows the entity's again, and its own comes back when it has a Pro licence again.
Only the facility's owners can change its branding.
