Delete a facility or an entity
Delete a facility
This permanently deletes the facility, all its guides, sections, photos, videos and documents, and everyone's access. Its printed QR codes stop working. It can't be undone.
- Open the facility and go to the Details tab.
- Choose Delete facility.
- Type the facility's name to confirm, then choose Delete facility.
Only facility owners can do this.
Just handing the building over to someone else? Don't delete it. Hand it over instead, so the guide and the codes on the wall keep working.
Delete an entity
An entity's owner can delete it from the entity's Facilities tab once:
- it has no facilities left, and
- it has no paid subscription. Cancel it under Billing first.
