Create an entity

  1. Go to My entities.
  2. Choose Create entity.
  3. Enter the entity's name, for example Bendigo North Soccer Club. You can add a photo too.
  4. Choose Next: choose licences.
  5. Choose how to start: Start on Free (one facility, free), Start free trial of one Basic or Pro licence (14 days, no card needed), or Buy licences, one for each facility. You can buy more later on the entity's Billing tab.
  6. With a licence, add your logo and colour if you like (see Put your logo and colours on your guides). Then choose Create entity and start free trial, or Create entity and continue to payment to pay on Stripe's secure page.

You become the entity's owner. The owner adds facilities, invites people, buys and gives out licences, and manages billing. An entity has one owner: to pass it on, see Hand over when your committee changes.

One entity or several?

Create one entity per organisation that pays for or is responsible for buildings. A council with fifty halls needs one entity with fifty facilities, not fifty entities. If your club also helps run a council building, ask the council to add you to that facility instead of creating a copy.

You can belong to up to 50 entities.

Next: Add a facility.
