Download a guide as a PDF

For your team

On the guide's page, choose Download PDF. This copy includes sections that need the PIN, clearly labelled, so keep it somewhere safe.

For visitors

On the public guide, readers can choose Download PDF too. Their copy includes only what they can see: sections that need the PIN are left out unless they've entered it.

What's in the PDF

• A contents page, then every section in order with its photos and captions.
• Videos and documents can't go in a PDF, so they're listed with a link to the online guide.
• When the guide is published, a QR code back to the live version.
• With a Basic or Pro licence, your logo and colour in place of UGuide's.

A PDF is a snapshot: it doesn't update when you change the guide. The QR codes on the wall always show the latest version.
