Change a guide's title, description or who can read it
- Open the guide.
- Choose Edit details.
- Change the Title or Short description. With a Basic or Pro licence, UGuide AI can write the description for you.
- Under Who can read this guide? choose:
- Anyone with a QR code: the usual choice. You can still protect individual sections with the PIN.
- Only with the facility PIN: every reader must enter the facility's access PIN. You need to set a PIN first.
- Choose Save.
Changes show straight away on the published guide. QR codes keep working.
