- Reset a forgotten passwordAsk for a reset link on the log-in page, then choose a new password.
- Change your name or passwordUpdate your name, picture and password on the My account page.
- Choose which emails you getTurn emails about guide changes and problem reports on or off in My account, and let your team know when you change a guide.
- Delete your accountDelete your UGuide account yourself from My account. If you own an entity, hand it over to someone in it, or it's deleted too.
- I didn't get the confirmation emailCheck your spam folder, then ask for the email again from the log-in page.
- Your data and privacyWhere your information is stored, who can see it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
