Set up your council, club or organisation and the buildings it looks after.
- Create an entityYour entity is the council, club or organisation that owns your facilities. Create it first, then add its buildings.
- Add a facilityAdd each building or venue your entity looks after, with its address and an optional photo.
- Change a facility's name, address or photoFacility owners can update the details and photo at any time.
- Show a contact and let visitors report problemsGive a facility a contact for visitors. With an email address, the guide also lets them report a problem to that person.
- Put your logo and colours on your guidesWith a Basic or Pro licence, your logo and colour take the place of UGuide's on a facility's guides, QR signs, PDFs and emails.
- Give a facility its own logo and colourWith a Pro licence, a facility can show its own logo and colour instead of its entity's.
- What is the Facility ID?Every facility has an ID like UG-AB12CD. Quote it when you contact us about that facility.
- Delete a facility or an entityDeleting a facility removes all its guides and stops its QR codes working. An entity can only be deleted once it's empty.
