Licences and billing
What each licence includes, buying them and giving them to facilities, tax invoices, promotion codes and cancelling.
- Which licence do I need?Each facility has its own licence: Free, Basic, Pro and Enterprise compared, with prices and bulk discounts.
- Try a licence free for 14 daysEvery entity can try one Basic or Pro licence free for 14 days, without a card. Add a card before the trial ends to keep it.
- Buy licencesAn entity's owner buys Basic and Pro licences on its Billing tab, one for each facility, and pays securely through Stripe.
- Give facilities their licencesEach facility needs a licence of its own. Give it one of the entity's spare licences, move one, or take it off.
- Update your card, download tax invoices or cancelOn the entity's Billing tab, its owner changes the card and billing details, downloads tax invoices, or cancels.
- Use a promotion codeEnter a promotion code on the payment page, or open a promotion link before you subscribe.
- GST and tax invoicesPrices include GST, and Stripe emails a tax invoice for every payment.
- What happens if a payment fails?Stripe retries for about two weeks. Update your card to keep your licences; otherwise they stop.
- Enterprise for councilsAn annual contract for many facilities, invoiced to your organisation: how it's set up, paid and renewed.
